What is your favorite color of LED?
At ZORX, we don't see color, we love all of our offspring equally. However, the green, blue, and white LED's are the brightest and stand out the most. Gold is the least bright, but we still love it like all the others.
What if I want to order a Ring Leader, but have huge fingers and am positive that the controller ring won't fit my gargantuan digit?

What is your warranty?
ZORX will warranty products two years from date-of-purchase (don't forget to register your products) against manufacturing or materials defects. After that, repair service is available. We will ask you to ship the item to us, we will fix it and determine if it is a warranty problem, and then ship it back to you. If the problem is not under warranty due to abuse, modification, if it is after the two year period, etc., we will charge for the repair and return shipping. Our rate is $60/hr plus parts to repair any ZORX product out of warranty.
What is your return policy?
To initiate a return, you must contact us first within 7 days from delivery date to return the product, in which time we will offer you a return authorization number. We must receive item within 7 days from issuing the RA number.
Item must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as sent. In the event there is damage to item, we will determine whether or not it is fixable and subtract cost from refund amount for parts + labor.
Buyer is responsible for any loss and or damage to product in return situation.
Insure your package.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping on all refund returns. Items missing any parts or accessories, with blemishes from use, or not returned in their complete original packaging will not be refunded (or will be subject to restocking and/or replacement fees). Returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach the return address. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned items (normally within 3 business days). Refunds do not include any shipping costs.
What is your artist policy? I'd be willing to make a video of me playing your stuff if you send me one for free.
We offer a discount to large artists that help us reach new audiences.
You must be playing at least 100 large shows or studio sessions a year. AKA a working musician who is touring and actively using the equipment.
We cannot give anything away. We are a small company and our products are made by hand in the US. We have families and mortgages...bills. Just like you. If you meet the above qualifications, drop us a line. If not, please do not ask, we are nice people and hate saying no. Thank you for understanding.
No customs duties, taxes, bank fees, etc., will be reimbursed by ZORX.
We will not lie for you/knowingly falsify customs/duty/etc. forms in order to ship your package at a lesser rate. Please don't ask us.
